What can people do if they are unhappy with the service

If people want to make a comment, suggestion or complaint about the service, they can take the following steps –

  • Ask to speak to the Manager at the Ballina office on 66864109 and / or put their concerns in writing to the Manager, Ballina – Byron Family Centre, PO Box 128 Ballina NSW 2478.
  • If they are still not satisfied they can speak to the President and / or put their concerns in writing to the President, Management Committee, Ballina – Byron Family Centre, PO Box 128 Ballina NSW 2478.
  • If at this point they are still not satisfied they may direct their concerns to the –
