What is the Ocean Shores Parent Resource Centre?
The Ocean Shores Parent Resource Centre (OSPRC) employs a Centre Coordinator and is a free service that offers:
- A place to meet, chat and have a cuppa
- Someone to talk to in a supportive and safe environment
- A child friendly space
- Feeding and changing facilities
- Community groups and activities
- Parenting groups
Information on parenting, children’s
behaviour and child development- Opportunities for social networks to develop
- Referral to other appropriate services
Who can access?
Parents with dependent children aged 0 to 8 years residing in
the north of Byron Shire can drop into the
Centre, phone or be referred by other services,
family or friends.
